١. سياسة الطلب:

• جميع المنتجات المعروضة في المتجر متوفرة، ويتم تأكيد الطلبات بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.

• يجب على العملاء التحقق من تفاصيل المنتج قبل إتمام عملية الشراء، فقد تكون بعض المنتجات محدودة الكمية أو متوفرة لفترة محددة.

• في حال تأخر طلب العميل بعد المعالجة، يحق للمتجر إلغاء الطلب دون استرداد أي مبالغ مدفوعة.

٢. سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال:

• يمكن استبدال المنتجات أو إرجاعها خلال ١٠ أيام من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط:

• أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة أو تالفة.

• إرفاق الفاتورة الأصلية كإثبات للشراء.

• يجب ألا تكون المنتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع (مثل المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب أو القابلة للتلف).

• في حال وجود عيب في التصنيع في المنتج، فسيتم استبداله مجانًا أو سيتم استرداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع.

• يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع إلا إذا كان السبب عيبًا في المنتج أو خطأً من المتجر.

٣. استثناءات:

• لا يمكن استبدال أو إرجاع المنتجات التالفة نتيجة سوء استخدام العميل.

• لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المخفضة أو المشمولة بعروض خاصة إلا إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو به عيب.

• If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced free of charge or the full amount paid will be refunded.

• The customer bears the shipping and return costs unless the reason is a product defect or a store error.

3. Exceptions:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Discounted or special offer products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or faulty.
